She is survived by two children; Warner Spires Jr., Kathy (Virgil "Rusty") Flannery, all of Frankfort, four grandchildren; Charlie (Megan) Pepper, Joshua (Maggie) Pepper, Nathan (Mary) Flannery, Kelci Flannery, six great-grandchildren; Brailon, Hadaleigh Pepper and one on the way, Macy, Austin, Kylah Pepper, two sisters; Edna Mae Newsome of Massieville, June (Larry) Montgomery of Chillicothe, three brothers; Elvin (Stella) Bethel, Sam Bethel all of Chillicothe, Ed (Linda) Bethel of Punta Gorda FL, several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one sister; Esta Angus, and two brothers; Elmer and Earl Bethel.
Edith retired from Fayette County Memorial Hospital, where she worked as a dietician.
Funeral service will be held at 1pm on Monday, November 19, 2012 in the EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Frankfort. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Chillicothe.
