Funeral services for Mrs. George Garton were held from the home of Mrs. William Isenhart this afternoon. She died at the George Clark home February 2.
Maggie Griffith was born in Colorado, Jan. 24, 1877. She moved with her family to Idaho where she was married to George Garton in 1900. They came to Chelan that same year, locating in Union Valley where they lived for many years before moving to Chelan. Mr. Garton preceded her in death in February 1937.
She is survived by one brother, Harry Griffith of Emida, Idaho; and one niece, Mrs. Cory Dawson of Emida.
