FRIONA - Lydia Nichols Tomlin, 85, formerly of Byers, died Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2008.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in First Baptist Church in Byers with Emmett Tomlin officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Byers by Blackwell Funeral Home of Friona.

Mrs. Tomlin was a 1949 graduate of Byers High School and a member of First Baptist Church in Byers.

Survivors include a daughter, Johnny Douglas of Friona; a brother, J.B. Nichols of Byers; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
