Wallace Jesse Lilly was born on January 14, 1933, in Mercedes, Texas, to Jesse Jerome Lilly and Annie May Wallace Lilly.


Wallace served our country in the US Navy and has lived in the Katy area for 25 years, where he was a member of the Fry Road Church of Christ.


Wallace Jesse Lilly passed away on Wednesday, January 30, 2008, at the age of 75 years.


He is survived by his wife, Beverly Lilly; children, Mike Lilly, David & Michelle Lilly, Cheryl Anderson, and Brian Lilly; grandchildren, Michael, Michelle, Erin, Kelly, Morgan, and Jared; great grandchildren, Destiny, Faith, and Cadence; sister-in-law, Susan Lilly; sisters, Barbara Davidson, Anne Eacono, and Gail Hill; brother-in-law, Bill & Linda Walsh; as well as other loving family members and friends.


He was preceded in death by his parents and by one brother, Kenneth Lilly.


Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, at the Schmidt Funeral Home Chapel, in Katy, Texas, where funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, with Mr. Steve Voss officiating. Interment in Katy Magnolia Cemetery.
