Mr. Phillip Earl Andrew, 85, Jamestown, passed away Thursday, October 29, 2009 peacefully at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital, Somerset, Pulaski County, KY.
Phillip was born in Jamestown, KY on May 12, 1924, the son of the late William F. and Mattie Sue (Dicken) Andrew.
He worked as a Farmer.
Phillip is survived by three daughters, Jeannie Crabtree of Elizabethtown, KY; Dianna Hammond of Colorado Springs, CO; Fran Tropinski of Crystal Lake, IL; a son, Raymond Andrew, Somerset, KY; eight grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
Mr. Andrew was preceded in death by two brothers, Scott and James Andrew; and four sisters, Jewell Karnes, Dora Murphy, Sue Rains and Roxie Russell.
Religious service were held at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel on Monday, November 2, 2009 with Bro. Bill Welker officiating.
Interment was in Andrew Cemetery, Jamestown.
