Sam Henry Boozer, aged 74, died at 5:45 this morning at his home on Rt. 5 following an illness due to complications. He was a native of Alabama, but had been a resident of Greene County since he was two years of age.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3 tomorrow afternoon from Warren's Chapel Church and burial will be made in Warren's Chapel Cemetery. The Rev. J.H. Hughes, Baptist Minister, will officiate. The Rev. L.L. Langston, Methodist Minister will assist.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Sally Boozer, two daughters Mrs. E.L. Hailet and Mrs. J.D. Harris of Rt. 5 and two grandchildren.
