On July 27, 2022 an Angel was called to heaven, Reverend Andrew Earl Werft who had been fighting a number of medical issues for a number of years. He was taken to Peppi's House where he peacefully passed away surrounded by loved ones in Tucson, Az.

He was survived by his beloved wife of 10yrs Cindy Werft and his brother Terry Werft. He is also survived by their children Kristine(Todd) Mellon, Stephanie(Nick) Kinsey, Benjamin Werft, Brian(Gabby) Werft, Jason(Bambie) Travis, Tyler(Sarah) Noble, Aubrey(Andrew) Noble, Caitlyn(Matthew)Noble; and 9 grandchildren.

Andy was born on June 12, 1958 in Tucson, Az to the proud loving parents, Waldo and Dorothy Werft where he grew up and attended Gordon-Conwell Seminary; received his Master of Divinity being ordained as a Methodist pastor while also going to U of A where he obtained a bachelors of Arts in Speech Communications and a degree in business.

Reverend Andy pastored in several Arizona United Methodist churches in Benson, Phoenix and Tucson including Catalina Methodist, Cross Roads, Spirit of Hope and Vista De La Montana. Andy helped open Vista De La Montana and started a contemporary Christian service named Sunday Morning Live at Catalina Methodist. Alongside being a Pastor, Andy was also a professor at University of Phoenix. Andy enjoyed educating individuals about Christianity and expressing his love of God to anyone around.
