Thurman Marion Adams, 27 years old, died suddenly in a service station on North Main Street, at the corner of Sixth Wednesday night about 9 o'clock. He was sitting down, when he suddenly toppled over and was dead by the time he had dropped to the floor according to advices.

Thurman was born on August 17, 1911. He was the son of the late Marion F. and Mrs. Etta Lou Cravens Adams. Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife Mrs. Annie Vernee Adams and the following brothers and sisters: Robert, Clyde and R.A. Adams; Mrs. N.G. Barry, Randolph; Mrs. E.B. Gay, Akron, Ohio and Miss Esther Adams of Bonham.

Funeral services were conducted at the Wise Funeral Home Thursday, January 12 at 3:00 pm with interment at Moore's Chapel. The services were conducted by Rev. W.O. Harmon, pastor of the First Christian church of Bonham.

The following are the pallbearers: Fred Keene, H.R. Miller, Jesse Bono, Frank Bishop, Reid Purdy and Neal Downing
