On January 12, 1916, at his home, Falls road, Mount Washington, J. LOUIS, beloved husband of Sadie J. Buttner (nee Jackins). Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the above residence this Friday, January 14, at 2 P.M. Interment in Druid Ridge Cemetery.

J. Louis Buttner, 70 years old, died yesterday at his home on the Falls road, Mt. Washington. He was a son of the late Michael and Anna C. Buttner and was born at Mount Washington. He was a member of the Legion of the Red Cross.
He leaves a widow, Mrs. Sadie Jackins Buttner; a son, William J. Buttner, of Densmore Park, Arlington, and three brothers, Henry O. Buttner, of Pittsburgh; Rudolph Buttner, of Roland Park, and Frederick Buttner, of Lansdowne, Md.
The funeral will take place tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock from his home. Services will be conducted by the Rev. Dr. W. F. Way, rector of Emmanuel Reformed Episcopal Church, and the Rev. Wilbur F. Watkins, rector of St. John's Protestant Episcopal Church, Mount Washington. Burial will be in Druid Ridge Cemetery.
