WILLIAM JACOB
William Jacob, 78 years old, died suddenly at 10:30 o'clock yesterday morning after leaving his home at Manor for a trip to the business district of that town. Mr. Jacob had suffered a stroke several weeks ago. He had lived in Jeannette for many years but moved to Manor 15 years ago. He was a member of the Manor Reformed church. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Louise Reighert Jacob, and these children: John, Clarence and Mrs. May Potts, all of Jeannette; Catherine, night superintendent at the Westmoreland hospital, Greensburg; William, of Greensburg; Mrs. Agnes Bush, of Bellaire, O.; and Ralph and Dorothy, at home. These step-children also survive: Elsie Altman, of Manor; Emil Reighert, of Manor; Mrs. Earl Egler, of Jeannette; Mrs. William Culp, of Greensburg, and Charles C. Frye, of Armbrust, as do 16 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held from the Jacobs home, Observer street, Manor, at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon, in charge of Russell C. Eroh, pastor of the Manor Reformed church. Interment will be made in the Jeannette cemetery.
