Obituary for Betty Jean Morton
Funeral services for Betty Jean (Danker) Morton 93, of Skiatook who died
Wednesday, August 03, 2022 at Bartlesville Assisted Living,will be held Tuesday August 9th at 2:00 p.m. at Stumpff Funeral Home in Skiatook.

She was born May 28, 1929, in Wellston to Arthur and Katherine "Luceal"
(Brown) Danker. She grew up around Chandler and married George Morton on
July 14, 1949. She worked at the bus station there and then later she did
babysitting, worked at a cafe, worked at Kendall's Drug and then at the laundromat
until her and George retired. She was a member of First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), Skiatook.

Survivors include her children: Rita Patrick and husband David, Gene
Morton and wife Shelly, Myra Hamil and husband Glenn, George Morton and wife
Amy, all of Skiatook: nine grandchildren Alecia Newby and husband Lane,
Jenniffer Early and husband Kevin, Kari McDermott and husband Bobby, Amy
Morton, Justin Patrick, Lori Harper and husband Scott, Breona Sutterfield and
husband Will, Ashlee Hartness and husband Rod, Eric Hamil, four step-
grandchildren Andrea Hembree, Nick Hembree, Skyler Cooper Melissa Johnson
and husband Randy, eighteen great grandchildren: Jesse, Savannah, Alyssa, Chase,
Chandler, Jordan, KyLynn, Trenton, Caleb, Kendra, Levi, Grady, Ryleigh, Wyatt,
Kaylin, Theodore, Mckenzie, and Rope; step great grandchildren: Riley, Ethan,
Raya, Zoie, and Mallorie; three sisters and one brother: Alice and husband Don
Patterson. Doris Burchett, Geneva Keef; Doyle Danker and wife Sue and many
nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters and a brother.

Interment at Hillside Cemetery and services were under the direction of
Stumpff Funeral Home. Pallbearers for the service are Justin Patrick, Eric Hamil, Chase McColley, Jesse Newby, Ty Harper and Will Sutterfield. Honorary pallbearers are Grady Harper, Wyatt Harper, Caleb McDermott, Levi McDermott, Chandler Morton, Nick Hembree and Skyler Cooper.
