He is survived by his wife, Nettie Babin Pichauffe of Houma; one son, Louis C. Pichauffe Jr. of California; one daughter, Marion Malbrough; one brother, Marceline Pichauffe of Houma; three sisters, Marie P. Dugas of Dularge, Adenise P. Dugas and Eva P. Kreamer, both of Houma; five grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Eva Boudoin Pichauffe; one son, Charles Pichauffe; two brothers, Paul and Joseph Pichauffe; and two sisters, Marie P. Juisti and Louise Pichauffe.
He was retired from the Terrebonne Parish School Board after 15 years.
He was Catholic.
