Miss Francis Countess, 82, of Roby, a former resident of Bonham, died April 15, 1969, in Hamlin.
Funeral arrangements with Wise directing were incomplete at noon. Interment will be in Moore's Chapel cemetery.
Miss Countess, a retired school teacher, was born July 23, 1882, in Bonham.
She was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors are a nephew, Forrest Tefteller, and a niece, Mrs. R. I. Birdsong, both of Roby.
