Born December 15,1925 in Newberry,SC to the late Mattie Hayes Holt and L.E. Hayes,Mrs. Elliott was retired from the Charleston County School District and was of the Baptist faith. She is deeply missed by her son, Thomas A. Elliott of N. Charleston ;her daughters, Hazel C. Collier of Hazlehurst,GA, Jo Anne Reddick of Greenwood,SC and Donna L. Berberich of Orlando,FL ;her sister , Margaret E. Craven of Joanna,SC. Mrs. Elliott had seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry C. Elliott and two sons, James R. Elliott and Jefferey L. Elliott.
