Ruth Mae Wethington, 94 of Ladoga, passed away Friday, July 29, 2022, surrounded by her family. She was born on May 1, 1928, to the late Robert William "Teed" and Cora Francis (McCloud) Stewart. On December 31, 1947, in Lebanon she married Forest Cline Wethington. He preceded her in death.

Ruth was a homemaker. Her main interest and focus were her family. She enjoyed her church, (Harvest Time Fellowship where she was a member) playing guitars and sitting on her front porch whistling. Later in life she drove a school bus for South Montgomery Schools.

She is survived by her children: Linda (Jerry) Triller-Turner, Dan (Kathy) Wethington, Dave Wethington, Rob (Michelle) Wethington, Debbie (Jay) Hall, Greencastle, Peggy (Rick) Bruton, several grandchildren, and great grandchildren, and special god-daughter Gina Vaught.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and nine siblings.

Funeral Service will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, August 3, 2022, at Servies & Morgan Funeral Home in Ladoga, 203 North Washington Street, Ladoga, IN 47954 with Pastor Art Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in Ladoga Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday at the funeral home from 12:00 PM until time of service. Memorial Contributions in Ruth's memory may be made to Harvest Time Fellowship.
