ROBSTOWN-C.L. "Dutch" Tuggle, a retired foreman for American Smelting and Refinery for 25 years, died June 13, 1990, at a local hospital. He was 80.
Tuggle is survived by five sons, Ken Tuggle, Clint Tuggle, Marvin Preston and Bobby Preston, all of Corpus Christi, and Tommy Preston of Lovelady; two daughters, Lola Valentine and Sally Wilson, both of Corpus Christi; 32 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.
