Mr. Fore was born March 6, 1919 in Vida to John Thomas and Stella Jane (Baker) Fore. Mr. Fore died July 7, 2015 in Salem at the age of 96 years.
Survivors include his sister-in-law, Thelma Fore, Salem; nephew, Keith Fore and wife, Debbie, Salem; niece, Kathy Burns and husband, Matthew, Salem; great-nieces and nephews, Mackenzie Fore, Brett Fore, Josh Thomas, Jeremy Thomas; dear friend, Patsy Fore; and a host of extended family and friends.
Preceding him death were his parents; wife, Sophia; brothers, Clay Fore and Walter Fore; sisters, Dorothy Kahn and Naomi Fore.
