Patricia J. Booth, 83, of Princeton, left this world in the manner she always wished, quick, peacefully and at her home Monday evening, July 25, 2022. Born August 27, 1938, in Bluefield, she was the daughter of the late Ward H. (W.H.) Bailey Jr. and Beulah Hager Bailey. Patty was a graduate of Bluefield High School. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her husband Bernard L. Booth, daughter Robin Ann Booth, brother Richard Bailey, sisters, Helen Ann Worley and Connie Jean Carter. Patty was very involved with the United Daughters of the Confederacy, and the Daughters of the American Revolution. Survivors include her daughter, Diana L. Vereen; Two granddaughters, Tiffany Davis Griswold and Ashley Davis Wimmer; Great-granddaughter, Kaitlynn Lee Davis. As per Patty's wishes, she was laid to rest beside her husband and daughter in Monte Vista Park Cemetery with a private ceremony on Friday.
