Carol Lee Mathews was born on May 11, 1947 to Donna Marion Cooley. She was later adopted by Wallace LeGrande Mathews. She is the eldest sibling of 8 children namely, Carol Lee Mathews, Joy Annette Mathews, ( Bill Williams ), Catherine Rae Mathews, Raina Marie Mathews ( Daryl Mann ) Wallace LeGrande Mathews ( Robyn Ferret ), Valerie Dawn Mathews ( Fred Overdiek ), Jeffery Lynn Mathews ( ) and Keri Kolyn Mathews. She graduated from South High School. She married Gail Leroy Parsons in Salt Lake City.. Together they had a family of 4 children, Paul LeGrande Parsons, Daphne Ann Parsons, Susan Gail Parsons and __________. Later they were divorced. Later married Sione Mounga Fakakovikaetau in Ontario, California. Together they had a daughter Katy Lee Fakakovikaetau. They were later divorced. Some years later she met and married her eternal husband, William Henry Trimble with who she was later sealed to in the LDS Temple. No children were born of this union. Carol is the grandmother of 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She excelled at crocheting and created many baby outfits, baby booties, and Christmas stockings . She also made birp cloths and baby blankets. She loved to play cards, Uno and she loved to go to Bingo. Carol was active in the
LDS church. She loved all her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Carol died on July 27, 2022 at home in Mesquite Nevada. Funeral service on August 11, 2022 with interment following at Beaver Dam Cemetery, Mohave, Arizona. She will be greatly missed. ( This was from my memories and some information could be wrong.
