Wayne and his father started the Fuller Septic Service and in later years added the portable toilet service.
Wayne ran the business for 65 years, selling the business in 2016 and retiring.
He and his twin brothers had a true love for racing and were never too far from the racetrack.
Wayne was preceded in death by his parents, Charley and Emmie; daughter, Carol; sister, Barbara Ingram; and brothers, Larry Fuller and Garry Fuller.
He is survived by his son, Kenny Fuller; companion, Jo Ann McCullick; and numerous other nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
A graveside service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at Gypsum Hill Cemetery.
