Obituary - Mrs. Harriet B. Hawkins, widow of the late William W. Hawkins, died on Tuesday of this week, from dropsy and old age, aged 83 years. The deceased was a lifelong resident of this community, and for nearly half a century resided in the old house on the corner of Saxon's Avenue and Main Street, and later has been living in the southern part of the village. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Peter Hayes. The funeral took place on Thursday, and the remains laid to rest in Oakwood Cemetery.
