Addison Johnson Dulin (Johnny, Abbie, Daddy, Poppy), 92, passed away peacefully, Friday, July 22, 2022 at Pocopson Home surrounded by his family. Formerly of East Fallowfield, West Chester, and Easton, MD, Johnny was the loving husband of Helen Murdoch Dulin, with whom he shared 69 years of marriage. Born March 3, 1930 in Easton Point, MD, he was the son of the late Harry and Addie Johnson Dulin. Johnny was preceded in death by his siblings, Harry A., Jr., Margaret D. Perry, Wendell, Robert, Samuel, and Thomas. Johnny graduated from Easton High School in 1948. In October of 1948 he enlisted in the US Army and spent time in Alaska and Valley Forge. He was honorably discharged in June of 1952 with a reenlistment until discharge in December, 1954. While stationed in Valley Forge he met Helen, and they were wed on December 21, 1952. Over the years Johnny was employed at Grocery Store Products, ACME Markets, West Chester Area School District and drove a school bus. His career took him to Wyeth Labs in Great Valley where he worked in the warehouse and retired in 1994 after 28 years of service. Johnny was a member of Thomson Lodge 340, F. & A.M. of PA. Johnny is survived by his daughters : Vicki (H. Thomas) Sutton and Darlann (David) Morgan; his grandchildren: Christian Sutton, Scott Morgan( fiancé, Annette Rhoades), Katelyn (Josh) Walton, Kimberly Coyne, and Christopher Sutton; great-grandchildren: Addison Jon "A.J." Sutton, Isabelle Coyne, Emily Coyne, Annika Sutton, and Evey Sutton; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Masonic and funeral service at 10:30 am on Saturday, July 30, 2022 at Founds-Feryo, Cremation and Burial Services, LLC, 229 South High Street, West Chester, PA 19382 where the family will receive guests starting at 9:30 am. Interment will be at Philadelphia Memorial Park, Frazer. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pocopson Home, 1695 Lenape Rd., West Chester, PA 19382.
