Kathryn V. ''Kay'' Phillips, nee Dean, age 91, formerly of Winnetka, died suddenly Friday, Oct 15, 2004.
The beloved wife of the late Donald N. Phillps; loving mother of Dean (Pam), Dennis (Brigitte) and Tom (Cindy); grandmother of Blake, Will, Audrey and Alex; beloved aunt of numerous nieces and nephews; preceded in death by three brothers, Dick, Keith and Bill; fond sister of Bob (Doris, Dorothy (Ambrose) Bain, and Lorna (Bud) Keevil .
She traveled the world extensively and sang in the Winnetka Congregational Church choir for thirty years, while volunteering countless hours to their annual charitable rummage sale.
She had resided at Mather Gardens Home in Evanston in recent years.
In keeping with her wishes, her body was donated to the Anatomical Gift Assn. of Illinois.
