"Thadius Henry Jackson, 75, a resident of Chillicothe most of his life, died at 7:15 o'clock yesterday morning at Hastings, Nebr., where he, Mrs. Jackson, a son and daughter had been the last several weeks.

The body arrived here this afternoon on the 2:20 o'clock Burlington train. The family lived on Rollins street here.

He was born in Illinois on March 28, 1875. Mr. Jackson was married fifty years ago last February in Chillicothe to Phoebe Bell McNally.

Mr. Jackson is survived by the widow; four children, Mrs. Leona Hoskins and Thadius Jackson, Jr., both now in Hastings, Mrs. John Haines and Mrs. John Reeves, both of Chillicothe; two sisters, Mrs. Lilly Peitrie of Chillicothe and Mrs. Lewis of Kansas City.

Funeral arrangements have tentatively been set for 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon from the chapel of the Norman funeral home." The Chillicothe Constitution-Tribune, November 15, 1950
