Diamond was born on January 13, 1921 to George Ruben and Irene Diamond McClendon in Gill, Arkansas.
She married Ed Whitehead and was a homemaker and mother to their four children.
Loved ones surviving are sons George Whitehead and wife Joy; and Trent Whitehead, all of Marianna; daughters Charlene Moore and husband Robert of Sherwood, Arkansas; and Leslie Hand and husband John of Ruskin, Florida; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
Mrs. Whitehead was preceded in death by her parents, George and Irene McClendon, and her husband, Ed Whitehead.
Services will be held on Saturday, January 26 at 2:00 P.M. graveside at Marianna Memorial Park.
