Robert Burns Baird, 77, of 549 Valencia Place, Lakeland, Fla., died January 26 in Lakeland General Hospital.
He was a native of Wilkes-Barre, He retired after a 25-year affiliation with Standard Register Company of Dayton, Ohio. Mr. Baird was a graduate of Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, and was a member of Temple United Methodist Church, Lakeland.
Surviving are his widow, the former Margaret Wall of Kingston; a daughter, Mrs. Janet Patterson, Lakeland; a sister, Mrs. Harry Koenig, Hanover; two grandsons.
The funeral was held in Florida with private interment in Hollenback Cemetery.
