Miss Miller united with the Methodist Episcopal church in Plano, Feb. 24, 1918, during the pastorate of C. R. Young, and was always faithful in attendance as long as it was possible for the family to go.
She was always hopeful of recovering her health, during her entire sickness. She is survived by her mother, one sister, Lizzie M. Miller, four aunts, Mrs. Tena Fear of Long Beach, Calif., Mrs. Anna Tuncer, Mrs. Minnie McNabb, Mrs. Lizzie Albrecht, and one uncle, Robert Scholtz, all of What Cheer, Ia., a step-grandmother, Mrs. Lizzie Scholtz, also of What Cheer, a number of cousins and other more distant relatives, beside the neighbors, friends who sympathize with the mother and sister in their affliction and loss. The funeral services conducted by the pastor, Jas. A. Wilson, was held at Plano at 2 p.m. Monday and burial was in the Jerome cemetery.
Eccelesiastes was the Scripture that was used.
Only one sister of Mrs. Curry was able to come from What Cheer, on account of sickness among the relatives, being Mrs. Lizzie Albrecht and her nephew, Arthur Tancer.
CARD OF THANKS
We wish to thank the friends and especially our neighbors for their assistance through Ida's suffering and for their support and words of comfort when death came, and also for the floral tributes.
