Funeral services for Mrs. Sallye M. Copeland, 92, of Huckabay, will be held at 2 pm. Tuesday in the Huckabay Church of Christ. Bro. Edgar Bryant will officiate and burial will be in Huckabay Cemetery under direction of Stephenville Funeral Home.
Mrs. Copeland died Saturday at 8:05 p.m. in Stephenville Nursing Home.
She was born September 2, 1883 in Irene, Texas the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. A. Mason. She married A. B. Copeland, Sr. September 20, 1918 in Fort Worth. He preceded her in death January 12, 1968. She was a member of the Church of Christ and had lived in Erath County for the past 55 years.
Survivors include a son, A. B. Copeland, Jr., of Huckabay; two daughters, Mrs. M. D. Hale, Atlanta, Georgia and Mrs. Robbie Couch, of Rawlins, Wyoming; and nine grandchildren.
