Kendall Glenn Dimmitt, 95, of Lincoln, passed away on July 9, 2022. He was born on December 17, 1926 in Lincoln, NE to Glenn W. and Mildred (Mickle) Dimmitt.

He served in the U.S. Army from 1952-1954. He also worked as a farmer for many years of his life. Kendall was a member of the Alvo Methodist Church and the Legion Club #129 Ashland.

Survivors include his daughters Judy Hoesing, Jean (Mike) Hildebrand, and Joyce (Ed) Oehm; step-son Scott Staberg; 8 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents, both wives Shirley and Joyce, and son-in-law Martin Hoesing.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Friday, July 15th at Roper and Sons Midtown Chapel, 4300 'O' Street, Lincoln. A luncheon will follow the service. Burial will take place at 1:00 p.m. at the Alvo Cemetery.

A visitation with family greeting friends will be held on Thursday, July 14th from 5:00-7:00 p.m. also at Roper and Sons Midtown Chapel.
