ROBERT "Bob" CANTER, 65, of High Springs, died Friday, Aug. 11, 2006 at his residence following an extended illness. A native of Morristown, Tenn., Mr. Canter has lived in High Springs for the last 12 years, moving from Dothan, Ala. He was of the Baptist Faith and was a member of the Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Knoxville, Tenn. Mr. Canter was the owner and operator of Bob's Used RV Sales and Parts in High Springs. He was a Mason and a member of the Shriners, where he participated in the Motorcycle Drill Team in Knoxville.
Mr. Canter is survived by, his wife, Sherril Canter, of High Springs; four children, Cyndi, Barbara, Daniel, and Michael; four brothers, George, Philip, Charles, and Wayne; a sister, Gerri; three grandchildren, Jennifer, Beth, and Chase; and one great-grandchild, Alee.
Mr. Canter was laid to rest August 15, 2006 in the High Springs Cemetery.
