Patrick D Patterson of Oakridge, Oregon passed away peacefully at his home on July 12, 2021 at the age of 86.

Pat was born on November 24, 1934 in Gladstone, Oregon to Joseph and Effie Patterson. He was the youngest of six children.

Pat attended Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana. He proudly served his country as a US Navy corpsman and was also a 32nd degree Mason.

Pat had chosen the specialized field of industrial electrical, working for such companies as Glass Container Co, US Steel, Chevron and C&H Sugar.

He enjoyed spending time studying biology, medicine, physics, history and politics.

He thoroughly enjoyed life and his family, laughing and joking and was always available for deep conversations.

Pat was a giving person and helped those in need. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and great great grandfather.

Pat leaves wonderful memories to his beloved wife of five years, Alene Hadley; his children: David Valenzuela, Dena Williams, Karon Davis and Timothy Patterson; eight grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; one and a half great great grandchildren; two sisters and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

NOTE: Pat graduated from Ben Davis High School in Indianapolis, Marion Co, Indiana in 1954. While in high school he participated in Bowling, Dramatic Club and Booster Club.
