Louis was the only son of Pasquale Iandoli and Lucia Rotondo. He had two sisters, Mary and Carmela whom he was very close to. When he turned 18, he enlisted with the Navy during WWII. It was once he was out of the military that he met his future wife, Elizabeth Lambert. He would see her walking home from work every day and made it a habit of waiting to see her, it was love at first sight. They married and had many children together; Brian, Elizabeth, Kevin, Marcia, Patricia, Steven, Timothy, Michael and Alan. Unfortunately, it was not meant to be and Louis and Elizabeth divorced in 1969, although neither ever remarried. 4 years later he had another daughter, Bonnie.

Louis spent his later years gambling and socializing at the Girabaldi Club in Plymouth. He was a kind man and liked to spoil his grandchildren by treating them to games on the pinball machine and countless candy bars. He is greatly missed and remembered by those who have survived him.

Note: Louis' legal name was Luigi, although he was virtually unknown by that name.
