Sally M. Allgood, 81, La Porte, Indiana, passed away Monday, February 29, 2016 at 11:10 am in Hospice Franciscan Communities, Michigan City, Indiana.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 5, 2016 at 11:00 am in the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, Indiana. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Michigan City, Indiana. Visitation hours will be from 4:00 pm till 8:00 pm Friday and Saturday from 10:00 am till the time of service in the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel.

She was born February 16, 1935 in La Porte, Indiana to the late Harold and Virginia (Ordun) Kneisley. Surviving are Three Daughters, Dianne (Thomas) Wagner of Michigan City, Indiana, Amy (David) Smith of Elkhart, Indiana and Meg (Craig) Stanley of La Porte, Indiana; Two Sons, John Allgood of Bayside, Wisconsin and Todd (Carolyn) Allgood of Trail Creek, Indiana; Seven Grandchildren, Alex Allgood, Ben Allgood, Amelia (Chris) Mueller, Nicholas Leary, Jack (April) Allgood, Cory Allgood and Brandon (Bethany) Stanley; Seven Great-Grandchildren, Elliott Mueller, Liam Stanley, Locklan Stanley, Jack Wagner, Joe Wagner, John Wagner, Mikayla Wagner; Three Sisters, Charlene (Dr. Peter) Kesling of La Porte, Indiana, Karen Danser of La Porte, Indiana and Dianne Keenan of Liberty Hills, Texas; Numerous Nieces and Nephews; She was preceded in death by Brother, Dennis Henderlong; Son-in-laws Matthew Leary and Mark Hayduk; Daughter-in-law, Shari Michaels;

Mrs. Allgood's greatest Joy was her Children, Grandchildren and her Great-Grandchildren. She enjoyed her "Cozy Cottage" her wealth of Antique collections and a special interest in flowers especially Roses. The family wishes to express their appreciation to the Nurses and Nursing assistants of Franciscan Health-St. Anthony and Hospice Franciscan Communities, Dr. M. Maatouk, Dr. Arfeen and Dr. Dali for the medical care given to Mrs. Allgood.
