Rochelle grew up in the Blackfoot and Thomas areas graduating from Blackfoot High School. She was divorced from husbands two and three, Alan R. Johns and Murray Jones. Also precedied by her last husband James Thilmont. Rochelle had a love of horses, travel, friends, dogs and grandchildren. She was an amazing cook! Rocky was widely known for her fried chicken, chocolate cake, and annual Christmas seafood buffet. She regularly gifted friends with peanut brittle and fudge. She developed a reputation for the prime rib dinners at the Elks Club and delicious homemade menus served for the Salmon River Tour. Rochelle always had beautiful gardens. She loved to entertain and was a true storyteller, quick with a joke or anecdote to make you smile. Many people do not realize Rochelle lived in many diverse areas outside of Blackfoot and Pocatello, including Mud Lake, and Coeur d'Alene, Idaho; Mystic and Old Saybrook Connecticut; Ft. Lauderdale FL; Salt Lake City, UT; and Glendale, AZ. Survivors included: daughters Rosalie (Craig) Neitzel of Blackfoot and Shanna (Bryan DeFosse) Johns Kittell of Boise; siblings, Alba (Earl) Fromm of Ohio and Everett "Butch" (Margo) Goodwin of Las Vegas; her grandchildren, Thatcher (Amy Fowers) Neitzel, Logan (Annie Hall) Neitzel, Aislinn "Caleigh" (Casey Pozzanghera) Johns and Daylon Kittell; and her sole great grandchild Caden Pozzanghera. Celebration of life held Sunday, July 3rd at the home of her daughter Rosy.
