Debbie (Dumpling) Pennington was born on January 24, 1953, to Dorothy (Dyett)and Robert Longson in Murray, UT. She passed away surrounded by her loved ones on June 25, 2022, in Tulsa, OK. At the age of 4, her dad Leo Longson came into her life. He raised her just like his own daughter.
She loved watching Murder She Wrote, Harry Potter (every weekend), reading, games on her iPad. She loved to go camping with her family and playing card games. She loved fishing and bowling. The one thing she loved the most was spending time her family. She never missed any activities that her kids or grandkids participated in. She was so proud of all the accomplishments they had in life. She loved to brag on all of them.
Debbie will be known for her strong relationship with the Lord. That was the legacy that she wanted to pass down to her family. We know today because of her faith, she is rejoicing and praising God in heaven. I hope that you are enjoying those long legs Debs.
Her smile and bigger than life personality was one thing people will remember the most about her. She talked to everyone and never met a stranger. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her loving husband Bill Pennington of Porum, OK. Two daughters Misty (Brian) Hightree of Muskogee, OK and Kristie Gines of Porum, OK. Her brother Kenneth (ErinLea) Longson of Spokane, WA.
She was blessed with an amazing extended family to go through life with. She is survived by her mom Maxine Pennington of Porum, Ok. Four brothers Bo and Bobby Pennington of Porum, Ok, Buzz Stanley of Crowder, OK, and John Pennington of Lyman, WY.
She also had three amazing sisters Reginia Pennington of Porum, OK, Sherry Stanley of Crowder, OK, and Betty Jo Pennington of Lyman, Wy.
