Dr. Lowe was a retired professor of sociology. He was married to Frances Davis and the couple had two daughters. He was the eldest son of Frank Haddock Lowe and Lydia Belle Chapman Lowe. George contributed much research on ancestry and find a grave. He shared so much information on our Bagley family ties.
