Albert proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during World War II, as a gunner mate on the LST 621. One of his proudest moments was serving as best man in his grandson's wedding. He enjoyed working on steam engines and spending time with his family. He will be remembered for telling his endless stories, his ornery sense of humor and his willingness to help others.
Albert is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Eva (Fettler) Corp; daughter in-law, Sue Corp of Wadsworth; grandchildren, Jeffery (Kimberly) Corp of Wadsworth; Cheryl (Chad) Boyan of Dublin; and great-grandchildren, Sean and Shane Corp of Wadsworth.
Albert is preceded in death by his son, Louis H. Corp and twin brother, Alfred (Bill) Corp Sr. At Albert's request, no services were held. Loyless Funeral Home
