Anson - Janice Nunez, 46, died Wednesday, June 8, 2022, at her home in Anson. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, June 13, 2022, at Bethel Assembly Church in Anson. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery, directed by Adams-Graham Funeral Home.
Born April 28, 1976, in Odessa, Janice was a daughter of Paula Kay Helms Collier and the late Carman Fredrick Collier. She studied Vocational Nursing School at Cisco Junior College, attending from 1996 to 1997. Janice married Mark Nunez March 18, 2006, in Anson. For the past number of years, she was a stay at home mom.
Survivors include her husband, Mark Nunez; her mother, Paula Collier; two daughters, Mikayla Diaz and Ashlynn Nunez; one son, Joseph Diaz; three grandchildren, Harleigh Diaz, Ezrah Diaz and AJ Diaz; one brother, Ray Collier (and wife, Michelle); two nephews, Dakota Collier Stone (and wife, Torrie) and Jacob Collier; two nieces, Elizabeth Collier and Sierra Collier; one great niece, Zora Stone; and one great nephew, Aiden Stone.
