2nd marriage Jan. 3, 1908 at Vancouver, WA to Grace Diane Gibson Sutton (1882-1947). No issue. She had a daughter from a previous marriage - Mildred
3rd marriage (as noted on marriage record) - 26 Dec. 1923 to Lillian Winifred Goss Vann in Oregon City, Oregon. No issue.

Funeral services for Louis Stoll Harden, 68, who died at his home at Holley, Oregon Feb. 16, were held at the Harry C Howe funeral home, Lebanon, OR.
Mr. Harden was born Oct. 16, 1876 at Arcadia, Iowa and had lived at Holley 21 years.
Surviving are his widow, Lillian; daughter, Mrs. Hilda Rice, Melrose, Mass; four grandchildren; two step-daughters, Mrs. Rae Dale, of Holley, Mrs. Janet Rust, of California; two brothers, John H. Harden, Los Angeles, CA and W.E. Harden of Lebanon.
The body was taken to Rose City Cemetery, Portland, Or for interment.
