ARTHUR "ART" ALBERT BELGIN, 90, of Arvada died Dec. 17 at home. Services were Dec. 21 in Northwest Evangelical Free Church. Burial was in Crown Hill Cemetery. Mr. Belgin was born Jan. 30, 1903. He married Inez Kleckner in 1934. He worked in construction and was a firefighter and a farmer. His grandparents homesteaded 160 acres in Arvada, and his father was a prominent irrigation pioneer in the region. Surviving are his wife, Inez; a daughter, Joyce Hammond of Littleton; a son, Dale of Greeley; a grandson; and two great-grandchildren.
