PICKENS, SC - Leo Calvin Cisson, 87, of Harvey's Nursing Center, went home to be with Jesus, Saturday, May 25, 2002, at Cannon Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Cisson was born in Pickens County, son of the late Ernest and Laura McJunkin Cisson. He was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist church.
Surviving are a brother, Oliver Cisson of Cleveland; two sisters, Hester Brock Hendricks of Travelers Rest and Louise Bailey of Marietta. Leo was the special loving uncle of three nieces, Carol Chappell, Norma Durham and Arinda Powell. Mr. Cisson was predeceased by two brothers, Woodrow Cisson and Wade Cisson and two sisters, Eula Stockton and Edith Burgess.
Funeral services will be conducted at 4 p.m. today at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church by the Rev. Richard Burgess. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be at the church from 3 p.m. until 3:45 p.m. prior to the service. The family is at their respective homes. -- Dillard Memorial Custom Funerals.
