Tina Antoinette Fitch-Smoot was born August 29, 1962, in Toledo, Ohio, to the union of Elzie and Agnes Fitch. She was the baby girl of the Fitch clan. She completed her earthly journey on June 25, 2021, surrounded by her husband and loved ones.
Tina attended Scott High School and was an active member of the dance team and a majorette for the Scott marching band.
Tina will always be remembered for her bubbly spirit, and as the life of the party. Wherever Tina was at she brought joy and excitement to the atmosphere. Tina believed in family unity and made it her business to attend every family gathering. Tina loved her cat, Smokey. She enjoyed travelling, dancing, and playing Spades. She was a huge Ohio State fan. Most of all, she loved God. Tina was a lifelong member of Greater St. Mary's Missionary Baptist Church. She was baptized by Pastor Robert W. Lyons Sr. Tina lived life to the fullest and she never judged anyone. She was a firm believer in, "Only God Can Judge Me!"
Tina will always be remembered as Blacc Sheep, T.F., and Granny Thug, and to her kids, "Momma". Tina's laughter and smile will truly be missed. Tina was the voice of reason, but would go there, if need be. She was a firm believer that if she was eating; we were all eating. Tina truly enjoyed her husband, kids, sister, grandkids, nieces, and nephews.
Tina was preceded in death by her father, Elzie Fitch; mother, Agnes Cook; brothers, Lawrence Payne, Elzie Fitch Jr., and Eric Fitch; aunt, Mae Johnson; uncle Quines Fitch; cousins, Sabrina Johnson and Jessie Fitch; special niece and friend, Patricia Walker.
