Mr. Ackal was an active member of First Assembly of God. He enjoyed playing his X-box 360 and liked to draw and write poems. The highlight of his life was his daughter Kaleigh.
He was survived by his wife, Christine Rozas Ackal; father, John K. Ackal; mother, Belinda Viator Scanlan; daughter, Kaleigh Ackal; two brothers, Karsen Ackal and Sage Viator; a sister, Krista Ackal; paternal grandmother, Dalel H. Ackal; maternal grandmother, Shirley Viator; paternal aunt, Edna A. Brower, and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
Mr. Ackal was preceded in death by his son, Caleb Ackal; paternal grandfather, Elias "Bo" Ackal Jr.; and maternal grandfather, Alwin Viator.
