Buried July 7th.∼Burial records are stating she was at the Alm's house in Boston and "dropped" from exhaustion. There is not usually a death notice published for persons that died at the Alms, and she was published as "Mrs Abigail Adams".
The newspaper article states she was 31 years of age, making her born at 1791; the burial record (there is not a death record given at Ancestry) states she was 35 years of age. So there is cross-information regarding Abigail's Vitals.
I don't think this is Abigail Compher married to James Adams of Virginia.
