Troy Haston Watters, 53, passed away Sunday, May 22, 2022, at I.U. Health Ball Memorial Hospital surrounded by loved ones.
He was born July 1, 1968, the son of Haston and Wanda Watters. Troy worked as the maintenance director at Bethel Pointe where he was loved dearly by the staff and residents. Those who have met Troy know two things for certain, that he is one of the most selfless and caring individuals and that he was beyond proud of his children. He loved spending time outdoors and with his family.
Survivors include his mother, Wanda Watters; children, Joshua Watters and Krystal Watters; brother, Jason (Erica) Watters; grandmother, Jewell Brown; uncle, Phillip (Deb) Brown; aunt, Tonya Stewart; a niece, Morgan Watters; several loving cousins; and a wonderful dog, Ozzy.
He was preceded in death by his father on December 25, 2021, Haston Watters; and a grandfather, Sherman Brown, both of whom he was very close with.
Family and friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, May 27, 2021, at Elm Ridge Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 4600 West Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, Indiana 47304.
