Betty L. Kelly, age 83, of Grove City passed peacefully at home under hospice care on Tuesday, May 24, 2022.
Betty was born in Meadville on Oct. 23, 1939, to Arthur G. and Josephine A. (Swogger) Norris. She married Earl N. Kelly on Mar. 29, 1959.
Betty was a caregiver for Personal Touch for many years.
She loved her family and spending time with them. She enjoyed dancing and was a member of the Country Music Association.
Betty is survived by her husband, 3 children, 11 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, 2 sisters and a brother. Her parents, a son, Michael R. Kelly, a grt. grandson, Devin, a sister, Josephine Lemke, 2 brothers, Buster, and George Hayes, and a son-in-law, Clem Messer, preceded Betty in death.
