Gertrude Mae Cuffle, 93, of Terre Haute passed away Friday, May 20, 2022 at Hutsonwood Assisted Living in Brazil. She was born September 18, 1928 in Clay County to Beldon and Cecil Brenton. Gertrude enjoyed crocheting and spending time at home. She was a great cook and the family always looked forward to her homemade noodles. Most of all, she loved to be with her family. Her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren were her greatest joy....

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years, Richard Cuffle and several brother and sisters.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at DeBaun Springhill Chapel from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Service will be begin at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Reverend Bob Weeks will officiate. Burial will follow at Grandview Cemetery. The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the staff at Hutsonwood Assisted Living for the love and care given to Gertrude throughout her years there.
