DORIS L. WHITMER, 91, of Brandon died Monday at University Community Hospital. A native of South Bend, Ind., she moved to the Tampa Bay area in 1948. She was a superintendent with a nursing home. She is survived by two grandsons, Gerard Bair of Brandon and David Bair of Tampa; a granddaughter, Kathleen Pitts of Tampa; and four great-grandchildren.
