Her father, David Cobb, names his daughter Mary Black, wife of John Black, of Ellsworth, Maine, in his last will and testament. John Black is named as one of the joint tennants in trust , to divide and distribute the estate as per said will, filed at Ellsworth, ME, and a copy of which is filed in Taunton, MA.
