She is survived by two sons and three daughters. They are Charles Leek of Bayshore; George Leek of Flushing; Mrs. Hughes, of Flushing; Mrs. Fowler, of Bayside; and Mrs. Carpenter, of Elmhurst. She also leaves twenty grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.

Her executor was her son, George Leek.
